Mr Salama - My Turn to Dance

When the slow song starts, the dancers pull in tight.
I check my phone for nothing, then I tuck it out of sight.
I tell myself I'm fine, I've got a drink and a smile.
But the chair next to me has been empty for a while.
I'm happy for her, I mean that from the heart.
But I want my own story, and my own new start.
